Have you recently observed started appearing red rashes with small spots spreader in 2-3 cm are of your neck? I had it 5 weeks before and i was quite worried as its itchy when i sweat and it was not going away and continuously expanding its area with increased number of small spots. Also it started becoming grey (my skin is brown btw) and red round spot started peeling off at the edge with white ring around the spots.
I waited for 4 days and the fact that it started looking ugly i thought to consult the doctor immediately. I checked with 111 Uk number and they advised as its a normal rash after asking 100 questions and suggested me to reach out for neatest Pharmacy.
I went there in the morning 10 as soon as they open and asked for their help to have a look at my rash and suggest any cream. I was shocked with their answer as the guy over there told that it doesn't look like a normal rash and you should see the GP asap.
I got an emergency appointment at 4 30 evening and i explained my condition to GP. I also have dermatitis seborrheic on my scalp which might given an infection at my neck.
He has prescribed me steroid cream (Dermatex) as tropical solution and suggested to take bath and shampoo with Nizoral.
After applying 2 time a day i have started seeing improvement within 2 days. Post that there was some spot left for week which later faded away as well and now it looks completely normal.
Happy if this can help someone. Attached a photo for same.
